Switching device
A three-phase switching device is an independent external plug-in unit that is connected to AMM meter current terminals and is used for switching on and off the users part of electric network. The device is connected to the meter via an M-Bus interface. It can be controlled locally (from the meter) or remotely from a distribution centre. Together with the meter it forms a unit which complies with the EN 50470-1 and EN 50470-3 standards.
