We manufacture constituent parts for Iskraemeco electromechanical and electronic electricity meters. As a supplier of constituent parts, especially in the field of making and surface protection of metal parts that are made by means of punching technology, as well as in the field of injection moulding and deburring of thermosets, we also cooperate with other companies in Slovenia and other European countries.

With our knowledge, equipment and experience, we master the following activities and technologies for manufacturing constituent parts:

Products design:
Our experience, theoretical knowledge and ideas in the field of designing housings for electromechanical and electricity meters, as well as recording mechanisms, enables us to provide the design of demanding products, in terms of both shape and function.

Tool design and manufacture:
In our tool shop, in cooperation with subcontractors, we manufacture and maintain tools for punching and injection moulding of thermoset and thermoplastic materials.

Punching
We manufacture metal parts using various technologies of working, depending on the complexity and quantities. We master technologies of classical, fast-running and fine stamping.

Moulding of thermoplastic materials and thermosets
We can mould products made of polymers (thermoplastic materials and thermosets), as well as mould metal parts into moulded thermoplastic parts.

Making terminals
We manufacture terminals of various shapes, using cutting, sawing, thread cutting and welding.

Cataphoresis lacquering and thermal processing
Products are lacquered in grey on a line for cataphoresis lacquering . The thickness of the lacquer is from 10 to 15 µm, and under special conditions up to 20 µm. Our offer also includes annealing of products in a temperature range from 600 to 1000°C.
