This program is used for readout and parameter setting of the meters with a built-in optical interface in compliance with the IEC 62056-21 standard (a former IEC 61107). It is designed for installation in palmtops which function with a Microsoft Pocket PC operating system (a former Windows CE). The meter data, read via an optical probe, are recorded into files that can be later transferred to a central PC. Meter parameters can be set by means of previously prepared parameter files, which makes work on the field more user-friendly.
