Produce new solutions for energy metering and billing.
Systematically transfer responsibility for the quality of products and services to production and administration operators by performing employee training and systematic self-assessment under the adequate supervision of heads, and by implementing external and internal audits of products, processes and quality system in accordance with standards ISO9001: 2000, ISO17025:2005, ISO14001: 2004, OHSAS18001, EN 13980 and ISO TS 16949.
Improve the change management process of products, processes and project modifications in the company by systematic risk assessment and establishing the complete traceability of key change elements.
Set up the conditions for implementing the MID-directive (measurement instruments directive) for electricity meters and improving the quality control system for products and services in associated companies.
Upgrade the integrated management system with the quality elements introduced in the car industry, on the basis of ISOTS 16949 standards.
