New production line for smart meters in Iskraemeco Sarajevo
In Iskraemeco Sarajevo the production of new smart meters started this month. The smart meters are ready for AMM systems and enable the limitation of the consumption, remote load control and prepayment mode.

Iskraemeco signed a contract with Slovene electric utility Elektro Gorenjska
Today Iskraemeco signed a contract with the Slovene electric utility Elektro Gorenjska for delivery of an integrated system for remote meter reading. The system will cover 85,000 household consumers of electric energy. The contract includes not only delivery of equipment – meters, central communication and software – but also installation and startup.

Iskraemeco is awarded its first design examination certificate in accordance with Measurement Instrument Directive (MID)
Just before the new year, the Slovene Institute of Quality and Metrology (SIQ) awarded the first design examination certificate to the MT17X active energy electricity meter.
