Richard K. Templeton, President and CEO of Texas Instruments company and Jean-Francois Fau, President for Europe, Middle East and Africa met with the Iskraemeco’s representatives, production director, purchasing director and head of development of residential meters. They discussed strategic guidelines and cooperation. The companies have already been closely cooperating in the technical and commercial fields, and this enables Iskraemeco to develop and produce technically advanced and commercially competitive products. Iskraemeco is an important buyer of their processor-integrated circuits covering the complete segment of simple residential meters sold in more than one hundred countries worldwide. In March, technical professionals from both companies are meeting in Kranj again in order to draw up the guidelines for the development of technical solutions, which will be launched in the market in the form of new meter families in the years 2010 and 2011.
