At their meeting of 5 March 2005 the supervisory board appointed a temporary three-member managing board for a period of six months. At their 15th session of 18 July 2005 the supervisory board of the Iskraemeco joint-stock company appointed a four-member management board for a regular mandate to 2010. The mandates of all the members of the temporary board were confirmed and from 1.7.2005 Anton ?krlj joined.
