Iskraemeco has a new Chairman of the Board of DirecotrsKranj, 5 March 2005: the Supervisory Board of Iskraemeco accepted the resignations of Chairman of the Managing Board, Mr Slavko Vidic, and Mr Aleksander Igli?ar. |

The Supervisory Board of Iskraemeco has appointed, in the interim period, three members of the Managing Board: as Chairman, Mr Karl Rozman, as Deputy Chairman, Mr Miro Rozman, Ph.D., and as Worker Director, Mr Marjan Ga?perlin. All appointees have been employed with Iskraemeco for long, and all participated in the Managing Board under the former Chairman, Mr Slavko Vidic. Under these circumstances, we would like to emphasize that these changes will not have any impact on business activities, and we expect no significant changes in the Company’s strategy.
